The C.F.B.S. Profile

30 Years experience in manufacturing and refurbishing beer pumps.

C.F.B.S. has been in the drink dispense business for 10 years now. With a history of manufacturing and refurbishment spanning 30 years prior to this as P & F Holmes which later became Worthside Beer Pumps . Worthside Beer Pumps were the first U.K. company to produce a 1/4pt beer engine, the first multi-holed sparkler and the swan neck spout which are all still in use today.

Whilst gaining this knowledge there has always been one prominent belief in the company, and that has been our aim to give a good level of customer service. The trends in peoples drinking habits are always changing; we at C.F.B.S. are adapting and designing equipment to enhance the dispense of traditional beers & lagers E.g. the Creamer Tip, for real ale.

Our customers over the years have included most,
if not all of the major brewers, including:-

Bass (Coors)

Copper Dragon

John Smiths

Websters

Marstons

Fullers

Old Mill

Mansfield

J Tetley (Carlsberg)

Samuel Smiths

Greenalls

Shepherd Neame

Timothy Taylor

Whitbread (Interbrew)

Scottish Courage Ltd

With C.F.B.S.'s experience within the trade, it is now our aim to expand the manufacturing side of our business so that our new product range will increase, to help the real ale market.

At the present time there are 14 skilled staff at C.F.B.S. but with our expansion program we plan to recruit more staff whilst keeping customer satisfaction as high as possible. We use our "in house" training system, where each person is trained in all tasks, which then covers the completion of any job if another staff member is absent or production needs to be shifted to another product.

As the future appears to be moving toward the font market we are sure we can offer the trade some invaluable point of sale products, and the real ale trade, hardware to rival keg beers.
