We at C.F.B.S. have a wealth of knowledge in the major drink dispense manufacturer's products and model variations and carry most of the spares to repair them.
Our current refurbishment turnover is around 3000 - 4000 Clamp-on beer-pumps per annum, and alongside this we also re-manufacture cabinet beer pumps and replacement cylinders, all of which are to our "as new" standard.

We have a machine shop with lathes, a milling machine, surface grinder, shot/bead blasting facilities and also 40g capacity automatic injection moulding machine, which can produce your special and obsolete parts with no real problem. |
Regarding the woodwork side of the beer pumps we supply a full "in-house" service from spindle moulding through to the hi-gloss spray lacquer finish. This service is proving useful for even the original manufacturers to take advantage of.

A general refurb comprises of complete strip, cleaning of pump parts, thorough cleaning and reseating of engine, buffing/polishing of brass work, blasting and repainting where required and the woodwork stripping and polishing. This is before re-assembly, inspection and the final testing.
The usual lead time for refurbishment work is 7 working days from receiving your order/equipment, but this is always negotiable where required. |
We have our own delivery van on the road 5 days a week to get your goods back to you, on time as agreed and in A1 condition.
All our work is labelled , initialed and logged for future reference and carries a 12 month guarantee from the date of delivery.
With a large stock of used beer pumps, we can offer these to you, complete and fully refurbished, at around half the cost of their "new" retail price.
